The 12-story, $50 million building rising on the corner of Southwest 10th Avenue and Alder Street in downtown Portland will become the home of Moxy Hotel, a new brand by Marriott International. When completed, the hotel will contain 197 guest rooms. A street-level bar will double as a reception area with guests checking in via their phones and other mobile devices.
