Design & Development: Moxy Hotel

The exterior of the Moxy Hotel, on the corner of Southwest 10th Avenue and Alder Street, will feature building will feature brick, aluminum composite panels, and aluminum sliding doors and storefronts.

The 12-story, $50 million building rising on the corner of Southwest 10th Avenue and Alder Street in downtown Portland will become the home of Moxy Hotel, a new brand by Marriott International. When completed, the hotel will contain 197 guest rooms. A street-level bar will double as a reception area with guests checking in via their phones and other mobile devices. The exterior of the building will feature brick, aluminum composite panels, and aluminum sliding doors and storefronts.
