The Parallax Apartments, on the corner of North Williams and North Vancouver, features a mural called The Machine, artwork that adorned the side of a warehouse that previously sat on the site.

The Parallax Apartments building, on the corner of the intersection of North Williams and North Vancouver in the fast growing Boise neighborhood, is a five-story, mixed-use building with 66 market-rate apartments over retail space. With a 4/5-over-1 configuration, the base of the building features a glazed aluminum storefront. A glass, steel and metal canopy extends from the building. The upper apartment units feature a brick masonry veneer façade. The southeast corner features a roof terrace designed to temper the building’s mass and scale. Leasing is currently underway. The Machine, a mural that adorned the side of a warehouse that previously sat on the site, has been retained and incorporated into the new building.
