Under his leadership, the company expanded operations with regional offices and manufacturing facilities across the U.S., Mexico, China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and India.

Andy was a pioneer in sustainable hospitality. He spearheaded the launch of award-winning eco-innovations such as the LiquiFill™ refill system and Eco Pod zero-plastic amenities.
