La Provence-Cedar Hills opened earlier this month across the parking lot from Salt & Straw.

Washington County’s newest La Provence restaurant will begin serving bistro dinners on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

La Provence-Cedar Hills, which opened earlier in October, will feature dinner service during a grand opening celebration set that day. Kicking off the event will be a 3 to 7 p.m. new-concept happy hour honoring the occasion.

The restaurant, located at 2855 S.W. Cedar Hills Blvd., Suite 115, serves baked pastries, desserts, bread, breakfast and lunch dishes with a French flare.

The grand opening menu will feature carefully curated dishes by the restaurant’s chefs, complete with locally sourced ingredients, according to La Provence officials.

La Provence-Cedar Hills joins the restaurant chain’s newest location in Raleigh Hills, which opened at the end of July, at 7424 S.W. Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway. It is housed in the former Raccoon Lodge (which later became The Lodge at Cascade Brewing).

Founded by a group of friends in 1996, the Oregon-founded La Provence is headquartered in Lake Oswego. It now has 10 restaurants in Oregon, eight of them in the Portland-metro area.

Other nearby La Provence locations include Beaverton’s Progress Ridge and Hillsboro’s Orenco Station.
