Now her hard work has paid off as her team of brokers — the Possibility Squad, Powered by Advantage Mortgage — has won Best Mortgage Company in The Outlook and Sandy Post’s 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards.
For Siverly and the squad, mortgage lending is about more than making a commission. It’s about setting homebuyers up for a successful financial future.
“We really want to keep your financial future at the heart of the transaction,” Siverly said. “We want to be your mortgage lender for life, not just the transaction. We’re really about building relationships and building community: one mortgage at a time.”
Siverly herself has lived in the Sandy/Mount Hood area for more than 25 years and has made herself a part of the community through volunteering and through serving in multiple positions in the financial industry.
Despite her success and large network of clients and friends, Siverly was “shocked” to learn that the Possibility Squad won Readers’ Choice. She said after having to rebrand her group a few times, we was “worried I was going to get lost” and people wouldn’t think of me.
“I really bring a big tool belt for my clients,” Siverly said, in terms of her professional experience.
She also ample experience serving her neighbors through positions on the Welches Parent Teacher Community Organization, the Oregon Trail School District facilities taskforce, the Value Oregon Trail Education bond committee, the school district budget committee, the committee to charter the Oregon Trail Academy, and the Sandy High School drama department (as a parent supporter).
She also still serves on the superintendent leadership council for Oregon Trail and has been involved in the schools indirectly as a member of the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce’s Career and Education Committee, aside from her current position on the Oregon Trail School Board.
Together with colleagues Molly Canham-Pruett, Lauren Maunder, Nathan Goddard and Dan Martin — the Possibility Squad — Siverly has also sponsored numerous events and groups over the years, including the Sandy High snowboarding team, the Sandy Kiwanis Club, the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce, AntFarm and the Sandy High drama department.
“My business model is really to be in the community,” Siverly explained. “People aren’t going to trust you with the biggest purchase, possibly of their lives, if they don’t know you.”
