As of mid-March, move-in-ready homes were still available.

The topography is mostly flat and many homes feature large porch areas. It is close to Willamette Country Club and near Molalla State Park. The community is surrounded by farmland and a short distance from 99W, access to I-5 and the Canby Ferry.

Territorial Gardens also is located near shopping, diverse dining options and nearby trailheads.

The new master planned community adds to the housing inventory of a city that is projected to see a population increase of at least 6,000 people by 2045, a 36.5% increase, according to Portland State University.
