Beginning Jan. 9, 2023, Ride Connection will expand its Tualatin Shuttle service with the new Green Line shuttle.
“Although known for providing transportation options for people over the age of sixty and individuals with a disability, Ride Connection also delivers some services to the general public free of charge,” said a Ride Connection press release. “This includes our Community Connector shuttles, which provides transportation to work, school, shopping, community centers, and other services or destinations to thousands of people every year.”
In addition to Bridgeport Village and the library, the shuttle will stop at the Tualatin Park & Ride, the Tualatin WES station on Boones Ferry Road and Nyberg Woods shopping complex, Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center Rolling Hills Community Church and other destinations along Borland Road.

Rolling Hills contains numerous social service agencies including the Tualatin School House Pantry and the Borland Free Clinic.
Ride Connection serves individuals in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties with accessible transportation. According to Ride Connection officials, expansion of the Tualatin Shuttle service was made possible through a Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund discretionary grant led by Clackamas County.
Washington County is also a partner as is SMART, Wilsonville’s transportation system. SMART will soon add to the Green Line by providing a transfer service at Stafford Road for continued bus service to the Clackamas Town Center.
The expanded service included support and input from the city of Tualatin, Tualatin Chamber of Commerce, Tualatin Aging Task Force, other stakeholder groups and directly from community members.
Over 13,000 individuals are served by Ride Connection annually.
